 "Hm..." he saw Eggman chasing Nack through the binoculars. "I can't let him get the emerald!" So he hopped into his plane. "Sorry Antoine, but you're gonna have to live with flying for a bit," he muttered, despite the coyote being knocked out. He started up the engine and took to the air immediately, flying after Eggman. |

 He grinned as he heard that echo, as he was swiftly making his way downstairs, whilst taking great care to zigzag between several structures instead of simply going in a straight line. Kmowing Metal, the machine would probably focus on the most direct route to try and catch up, which he figured meant little care for, ahem, structural damage. |

Just when he was to reach for a burlap sack, Tails came in. With a smirk, he revved up the engines, "Thanks Pixel-Brain!" He blasted forward on the highway, while firing some bullets at the Badniks before him. |

And just as Sonic predicted, Metal smashed through the structures, just to have a more easier route to chase after the hedgehog instead of accurately following his movements.
 "What?!" he gasped, ducking from the laser fire. "Tails!! Fire FIRE!!" @buzzbomber@ The remaining Buzzbombers returned fire at Tails while at least two chased after Nack. |

He spun to try and avoid them, wondering when Antoine was gonna wake up. At least Sonic can find Nack later if he gets away with the emerald, he thought. Right now I just gotta keep him busy!One shot hit his plane, but it was a fairly non-lethal hit. He was able to spin around again and shoot back at the Buzzbombers, and even get some shots out at Eggman again. |

"GAAGH!!" Quickly, he pressed a button to bring a glass dome around the cockpit to protect himself. Sadly, his Eggmobile suffered many laser holes that it was about to fall.  Hark!! His princess-senses were tingling that it instantly woke him up. "MY PREENZESS!!" The moment he was about to spring into action...he found he was in a plane that was flying over many feet in the air. "AAAAAAAAGH!!!" And he sat back down on the seat. Glaring at the plane that was circling him and destroying his Badniks, "That's it!! You have had it, Prowler!" Hammering a button on his console... ...machine parts shot onto his Eggmobile, from nowhere, and assembled around it, forming into a modified craft. 
Having enough of this hedgehog avoiding him, Metal against super-charged his circuits, flaring like an electric fireball. This gave him so much power, he could smash through steel walls with ease. |

Seeing just how much Metal was charging up, he grinned. "Alright! Let's see if you can keep up!" Then, as he took another step... ...a sudden burst shot off him as he got a sudden speed boost, surrounded by a blue aura as he rocketed all throughout the building, passing all around very important structures of the headquarters like, for instance, support pillars. |

And when he pressed a button, his bi-plane adjusted, with the four wings arranging itself in an X formation and the plane looking more compact so it can be faster. |

You stole it from Eggman, I saw you." "You mean that elasti-metal? Nope, haven't touched it." "Not the METAl, the EMERALD!" "What makes you think I have it?" She points at the Buzzbombers, "Eggman doesn't send in his drones to chase after just a single man for nothing." |

"Try and-" Suddenly, he heard a mighty explosion, coming from his tower fortress that was collapsing down. "WHAT IN THE FREAKING EGG?!?!"
@buzzbomber@ As they argued, the numbers of Buzzbombers kept growing, firing lasers at the hover bike. |

The halls was collapsing, chasing after both Metal and Sonic. Sadly for the robot, he was the first to be caught and crushed under the rubble.
And when this happened, the feed cut off. Shame for Sonic, because he cannot hear this...at least in stereo. "I HATE THAT HEDGEHOG!!!!"
Well Eggman was easily distracted, so much to Antoine relief, his attacks stopped. However, he can see a swarm of Buzzbombers chasing after Nack and Sally, below. "My preenzess!! She iz without my safety!!" Antoine stood up, aiming to leap out of the plane...until he realized how high they were. "EEP!!" And he shot back to his seat, shuddering in fear. |
