She blinked in surprise at the duck. "...untested power? What do you mean by that?"

"You deal with the bear, I'll get the emerald." "Very well." Void floated a bit hire so he can pelt even more energy balls.

The bear shielded himself with his arm from the shots, trying to concentrate on fighting Void. The emerald that was now in the duck's hands. "This gem. This M75t1c Mc9uffin. Neither of you seem to grasp the p0wer it emits. Such ph33r the ultimate 3vil can unleash with this."

"Wha?!" She wondered how the duck got the emerald off of her.

Void grumbled. Obviously this bear is physical fighter. When it comes to muscle, that's not a strong point for the poison ivy anthro. Needing other tactics, Void this time fired at the slope behind the polar bear to cause snow to tumble onto him. "I SAID GIVE THAT TO ME!" Wendy hissed, firing a magic bolt.

Grunting, the snow indeed fell on him, burying him. The duck, meanwhile, bounced away from the bolt. "What are you, like, a level 15 mage? *snerk*...n00b."

"...You can't have it!" she shouted at Wendy. Within a flicker of white light, a bow was granted to her grasp, and she pulled back on its bow string. An arrow of light green energy appeared and she shot it at the witch.

"A spellcaster?!" Wendy gasped. She was so shocked, she failed to set up a defensive spell, letting the arrow struck her. "Wendy?" Watching the witch be pinned into an icy wall, Void failed to attack the buried polar bear when he had the chance.

Which would be his downfall, when the snow exploded... When the bear smashed out of it, rocketing over to Void and toss him in the same icy wall. "Hm," he frowned, looking at the emerald, which flickered a bit when the ewe used that attack.

She kept her bowstring pulled, keeping it aimed toward the witch. "...I have no idea what that gem is, but I get the distinct feeling that it'd be a bad thing if you guys got a hold of it," she said. "Sure, I'm not at liberty to make the decision on who should have it, but I can sense it has power...and you seem like the kind that could use that selfishly."

Like the leaf he was practically was, he fluttered into the wall, forming a crater in his shape. Pinned to the icy wall, Wendy didn't pull the arrow out from her yet, instead looked calmed, had her eyes closed while she started chanting, talking very fast with her words almost sounding like babbling. "¡ƃuᴉppᴉq ʎɯ op puɐ ssǝuʞɹɐp ɟo uoᴉuᴉɯ ʎɯ ɥʇɹoɟ ǝɯoɔ 'llɐɔ ʎɯ pɐǝH ˙ǝuoZ ʎɹǝsᴉW ǝɥʇ ɟo uǝǝnQ 'ʎpuǝM ɯɐ I" Between the villains the the heroes, a pentagram made out of black flames burnt through the ice. It ignited, into a dark fiery geyser. From within the flames, a shape formed, that of a quadruped creature with a long tail, a claw-like mouth and jagged spikes going down its back. When the flames died down, a monster looking like a cross between a lizard and a bug appeared. (Monster at the bottom right corner)

"....d00d, she summoned what looks like a Beetle Basilisk of the Vinethorn Vale." he frowned. Landing beside the duck, he quietly nodded. A competitive grin, he made. "We are so gonna rack up some s3r10us pwn4ge and EXP from its 4ss!" And he pulled out a pair of bombs and tossed it at the monster. The bombs exploded upon it.

Well, it looked like if she was gonna pick a side, it was gonna be the duck and the polar bear...despite how strange the duck was. ...and did you just turn the text upside down in the chant? After her momentary fright of the fire, and once it disappeared, she loaded up another couple of arrows on her bow and shot it at the monster.

Yeup Yanking the arrow out from her chest, she started a healing spell to close the wound. "Beetle Basilisk? Hmm, interesting name." The bombs exploded, and the monster wailed a awful roar. Temporary blinded, the arrows were free to strike. Course being a unnatural creature, the attacks weren't fatal to it as it would normal animals. Still standing on its four legs like the previous attacks were but scratches to it, the monster charged forward at the trio, snapping its pincer mouth.

But swiftly, the bear grabbed it my its pincers, fighting to keep it open. And long enough for the duck to come between them and plug its mouth with a lit bomb. "D00d, n0w!!" With ease, the bear lifted the monster over his head and hurled it away before the bomb could explode...in the beast's mouth.

And such a blow cause the beast to screech loudly in pain. Its scales might have been harder than rock, but the insides was another story. Landing on its back, the creature wagged its legs, screeching through its cracked mouth. Gritting her teeth, Wendy yelled out "GET UP YOU FOOL! Stop making me look bad!" Wagging side to side, the monster landed back onto its feet. Ignoring what pain it could, the beast charged forward. Not using its pincers again, this time it blew out a swarm of bees made of fire.

"B33S OF D34TH!!" the duck cried, pointing at them. "K1LL TH3M WITH IC3!!" Punching through the ground as hard as he could, the bear lifted a large icy rock, and hurled it at the bees.

"AAAGH!" It wasn't the bees that freaked her out; it was the fact they were made of fire. She jumped away as far as she could, hoping the bear would get rid of them.

The ice rock seemed to have worked... for a moment. But as more fire bees were pelted on, the ice was melting. Each one warring the block down until a whole swarm can fly through.
