"Heya, Uncle Chuck!" Sonic called with a wave as well. It was a fun time to have his uncle over as well.



She cleared her throat a little, before she looked back towards where Sonic's uncle entered. "Oh, hello!"

"Hey there, sonny-boy. Who's the young lady here?" he chuckled, serving himself, despite his brother complaints of him freeloading. "Finally knocked yourself a girlfriend?"

And Bernie giggled.

As she quickly grew flustered, she giggled as well as she rubbed her neck lightly. "Well, gosh, it's a bit soon for that, isn't it...?" she remarked somewhat quietly as she kept giggling.



"Mrh..." Sonic briefly shrugged as he then closed his eyes. "She's a new friend; mom invited her over."

He started snickering behind his hands.

"Oh really...?" he muttered, wryly glancing at his sister-in-law. This wasn't the first time she tried to play match maker.

Being no nonsense that he is, Jules impatiently tapped his finger at the table. "You have anything to report?"

"Oh keep that impatience to a nill, lil brother. There is food that needs my glorious attention. Let's see who can eat all this first, sonny-boy!"

Immediately, he gave his uncle a quick nod. "You're on!"



Amy couldn't help but blink. Were the two of them that competetive when it came to food...?

"Here we go again," he laughed, shaking his head.

[AnT]

As if he was chopping the chicken like vegetables, the old man gobbled his food.

"Oh, do pace yourself. We don't want it going down the wrong pipe, again."

Not quite listening, as he was quite rapidly eating his food down on equal pacing with the older hedgehog. Even the chili seemed to just vanish off the plate.



At this sight, she couldn't help but giggle lightly. It certainly was lively.

Figuring that they were gonna be too busy to bother, he looked over at Bernie. "So how've you guys been?" He asked, just starting conversation.

"Oh, just...here and there," she hummed, as if her life wasn't all that fascinating compared to her husband and children.

After going in deep thought, "I did tell you about the station Eggman hides in, right? What was its purpose..."

With Sonic presently busy food-racing his uncle, Amy glanced over at Jules with a tilted head. "...what station?"

[AnT]

"Space Colony ARK. A weapons station, built by Eggman's ancestor, that is said to be built with a powerful weapon that can robotizice people. With all seven emeralds, it can unleash a shockwave that can turn every organic being, on the planet, into robots."

She blinked. "...and... Eggman is on there right now...?" She shuddered. "Why wasn't the station dismantled or whatever? That sounds very risky."

He ate quietly, listening.

"Kind of hard to, considering its nuclear fusion reactors. Not a good idea to blow something like that up in orbit." And he returned to eating.

She just hummed as she rubbed her chin worriedly. "I dunno... it sounds dangerous either way..."

[AnT]

"Oh, I forgot!" he gasped, standing up. "Jules, I learned that Equinox has a Chaos Emerald."

"WHAT?!?" he screamed in shock and anger, hammering his palms on the table. "Why didn't they inform GUN about it?!?"

Frowning, "You know that place is owned by Mogul, so you know..."

Gritting, that just means that harry elephant is up to something.

"How'd you find out about that Uncle Chuck?" He asked with surprise.

She couldn't help but blink. "...Equinox? Mogul?"



"Some business tycoon who's got connections or whatever." Sonic remarked with a light shrug.
