Aleena had been graced with the speeds of over 900 mph, near Mach 1. She can also perform Spin Dashes, and most attacks Sonic can. While she has no fire powers of her own, she can absorb fire, increasing her strength, greatly. Also, because of experiments caused by an unknown evil, Aleena can use Chaos Control.
Jules, while possessing no super powers, is skilled in weaponry. And after joining GUN, he is trained in piloting battle vehicles, including mechs.
Weakness:
She's not as fast as Sonic, and she relies alot on fire to help her overcome enemies. Water can put out her power. Stubborn and reckless, Aleena does things without looking, almost charging into things. And when she sets her mind into something, she will not change her mind, no matter what.
Jules is not as calm as his wife, prone to panic attacks. Unlike Aleena, Jules follows orders, and is somewhat has a black and white perspective.
POW Move:
Aleena Crash: Aleena can fly around like a fiery bomb, and explode once she hits a foe. This attack is stronger if she absorbed fire.
Dragon Aleena: Her ultimate attack. By absorbing more fire than she can handle, she can shoot like a rocketing comet and once she hits something, she explodes with the power of a nuke. This attack completely drains her, however.
Chaos Ability:
Chaos Control: Like Sonic and Shadow, Aleena can use Chaos Control with a Chaos Emerald.
Personality:
Sonic the Hedgehog is wind. By the term from classical element, air is the element of freedom. By this, they say Sonic detached himself from most worldly concerns, and found peace and freedom. If classical elements is the case, then Aleena the Hedgehog is fire, the element of power. Aleena is full of pure passion and drive; the ability to get what she wants, because she has the energy and will to do so. She even spreads that energy to everyone to help bring the drive in them.
However, despite her playful and spunky character, Aleena is too mysterious; ever loving to make people guess, even when it's too important to tell. Playing games with people makes her feel mysterious and all...or maybe she is limited by a higher order. Who knows. But despite that, Aleena is somewhat wise, and takes every opportunity to help a person in need...when it's not about information. She can also be rather kind and gentle to even the most misunderstood people.
She toned down greatly when she became a mother, becoming far more motherly, and less active. However, she still has this mysterious air about her she can emit when she wants to.
Meanwhile, Jules seems to have an ability to adapt to situations, despite how it can frustrate him. For example, when dealing with Aleena, he just let things go by as she bosses him around. However, he has trouble saying what's on his mind, most of the time. He'd always think about what he wants to say to a person that either ticks him off, or flatters him.
Though when he does, it's usually something sarcastic. Jules likes to poor out things from his mind in journals afterwards. However, he has a strong sense of justice, and a nobility to fight, even if he has no powers like his wife. But he can do it with WEAPONS.
History:
It was as if they never were born in this time....because really, they weren't. They originally existed over a 1000 years ago, before the planet split into two separate layers. Aleena and Jules were once heroes of their time (mostly Aleena), until a fated battle sent them into the future. Seeing how peaceful everything became, they decided to settle down, have children, and just live a normal life. However, because Aleena's accomplishments were historically famous, she changed her identity as Bernie the Hedgehog.
