He's a skilled with a gun, can shoot from miles away even in high winds. His best weapon is a pistol, but he's been known to use other artillery.
When it comes to his own abilities without technology, its his tail. He can bounce high with it or use it as a weapon if need too. Like a kangaroo, he can use it to help with his kicks.
His cherished bike, the Marvelous Queen holds many gadgets and equipment.
Weakness:
Being a thief, Fang can't stay in one spot for long. Cops will track him down, and people can be untrusting of him. Namely Sonic the Hedgehog who thinks of him as a bad guy no matter what. He lives by a code, 1 is to never kill and 2 is to never steal from ordinary folk. Steal from other thieves and challenges. Without his gun and bike, he's not much of a fighter. He has two cherished things he'll protect no matter what. One is the Marvelous Queen, he's bike, and the other is his little sister, Nic.

Fang is a Phantom Thief (although he's not very silent as he'll use a gun). He's quite a charmer, especially to the ladies, and always looking for a challenge, which is why he steals from other thieves or those that'll put up a fight, such as Eggman. He'll never steal from ordinary folk, as it'll be low. Because of his thieving ways, even though he'll steal from the bad guys, the cops and others will always view him as a criminal, including Sonic. What money he makes, he tries to support his little sister, the only family he has left, despite how much of a brat she can be.
History:
When their parents passed away, Nack the Weasel had to take care of his little sister. He took of thievery to support themselves, even learn how to use a gun to defend himself. As time went on, Nack, using the name Fang the Sniper to protect Nic, began to see how low it was to steal from common folks, and started to steal from other thieves and criminals. Even when things were starting to pick up and Nic was sent to a boarding school so she can be safe, Fang still continued to be a thief, liking the thrill of it all. During these heist, he entered the ongoing battle between Eggman and Sonic, stealing from the mad scientist is always the ultimate challenge and despite how things goes, Sonic always view him as a bad guy.

This version of Nack (from being a Lupin the 3rd to Sonic not trusting him) is based from a crossover Webcomic Somari by Hyliaman (with elements of his relationship with Nic from an idea of AnT's)
