While not a powerhouse, Amy is still a capable fighter, using agility coupled with some self-taught boxing moves to keep up with anyone she goes up against. If that fails, she has the Piko Piko Hammer, a mallet she can call out of just about nowhere, which, in spite of its weight, she can wield effortlessly to maul someone. Out of combat, she excels at reading tarot cards to learn of future events in advance.
Weakness:
It should be noted that Amy is incredibly eager to do things her way... all too eager. The desire to get something done just right would lead to her pushing herself far beyond her body's limits, whether it be something like finding someone in particular, or training herself to a specific point. A behavior that could be taken as somewhat self-destructive and giving off a bit of an obsessive air.

Pink Twister, in which Amy spins her hammer around to send a whirlwind rushing at her foes.
Hammer Tornado, in which Amy spins around to clobber anyone in range with her hammer.
Rose Typhoon, in which Amy slams down her hammer upon the ground to send a shockwave rocketing around her.

Perky and chipper, Amy looks at the world with a very optimistic tint in her eyes; never failing to see the positives of anything happening around her, be it some mundane activity, or a fortune she just finished deciphering. She's somewhat easy to egg on, but this is never something you'd actively want to do, as she could (and would) swiftly enact right by smacking you with the hammer... viciously. She's a go-getter if there ever was one; aspiring to do the best she can, and then some.
History:
When she was younger, Amy lived in a bit more of a closed-off society, that rarely got involved in the outside affairs of the Land of the Sky. She learned the art of tarot reading from her mother, who was a fairly accomplished mystic in her own right. One day, as Amy practiced her readings, she actually predicted a certain future event; that a great fire would erupt in the far north, and a blue blur would be burnt alive in the flames. Worried, she snuck out of her village to head north, though only getting as far as a populated city, before the Land of the Sky celebrated a great victory; Sonic the Hedgehog had stopped the nefarioius Eggman and a metallic copy from melting the ice bridge of the North Pole.
Though glad that everything turned out just fine, that wasn't the last time that Amy would end up predicting any of the adventures that Sonic would embark on, seeing his visage pop up in her readings over and over again. As she settled in the new society, setting up a new business to keep a stable living for her, she would indeed ponder why Sonic always popped up in her readings... and if it meant something grander.
