Abilities: Silver is a telekinetic, with the ability to control matter with a simple flick of the wrist. He can also create barriers and weak winds with his abilities, this is at the cost of speed which...he's not very quick. But he can hover at least, and perhaps there could be more to his psychic abilities.
Weakness: Without his psychic powers, Silver is as weak as any normal person. So if he loses focus, or is in a place that restricts his power, then he's up a creek without a paddle. Not very fast, or terribly impressive at hand to hand combat like Knuckles. Also very naive, he's not quite as gullible as you know who, but he can still be mislead if given the right convincing.
POW Move: Psychic Absolution: Silver's Psychic abilities go through the roof, he's able to do grand scale telekinetic moves he couldn't normally do on his own.
Chaos Ability: Silver has very little experience with Chaos Emeralds, but he can learn how to do things certain other people can do in time, like Chaos Control.
Personality: Despite the grim circumstances he was brought up in, Silver is actually a hopeful, polite boy with a strong will to do the impossible. Though he is also very naive. While others would face reality, he would often times delude himself into thinking there's still hope, even in the chaotic era he came from. But that can be one of his strengths, to keep going where others would stop. Though he can act childish at times, he's just the kind of guy who needs to learn the ways of the world. Friendly and social would also apply to him.
History: Silver comes from a bleak future, an era where a certain event occurs to bring catastrophe to the world, where heroes like Sonic have fallen. Silver grew up without a family, and a lack of friends. Creatures of unknown origin destroyed everything he held dear, and continue to do so. Day by day, the survivors numbers dwindle, but Silver's hope raises more and more. He wants nothing more than to find a solution to fix everything...then it came. An unknown figure told him details of the past event that brought such disaster. He told him of a certain "trigger" that would bring this all forth, a blue figure. He also provided him a way to travel back into time, though knowing this his era may end up wiped...Silver still wanted to go, to ensure that this would never happen, even if it means being stranded. So clutching onto the fragmented information, Silver was sent into the past, unsure of what may come of it...
