The ability to fly, of course, and she can actually make herself faster by moving her tail around in a maneuver she likes to call "Cracking the Whip." Also, she has the ability to breathe fire as well, and puff out smoke whenever she wants to hide herself.
She also has the strange ability to sense truth in others, and can tell when someone is lying.
Weakness:
Dulcy cannot lie. At all. She's also incredibly naive and child-like. If she isn't careful, someone can manipulate and take advantage of her, or trick her into giving delicate information out.
Though she's big, and fast, and can be strong enough, she isn't a trained fighter. Someone with more skill than her can overcome her.
POW Move:
Cracking the Whip - a method of whipping her tail in the air which makes her much faster when she flies. Can add a lot of impact to a body slam attack.

Personality:
Dulcy acts a lot younger than she really is, being very childish and naive. She's also a bit clumsy too (though miraculously enough her packages she delivers stay intact). She's also very sensitive and cries easily as well, and is a very huge 'Mama's Girl.'
But for the most part, Dulcy always stays positive and always has a smile on her face, making for good customer service. She's diligent about her work and loyal to her boss and company, and she enjoys what she does. She's incredibly friendly and makes friends very easily, if they can get used to her weirdness.
Thanks to her many travels, she's also very knowledgeable about urban legends and any other kind of news passing around the Land of the Sky. She even knows a little bit about the Land of Darkness as well, and even ran into Knuckles occasionally, who can provide her some pretty good info.
History:
Dulcy grew up living with her mother, Sabrina, in the Land of the Sky. According to her mother's stories, she actually used to live in a land called Vesuvio, where other dragons live, but Sabrina felt that Dulcy would have better opportunities elsewhere. So after a little moving around, they found a nice place to live in Green Lake City.
Dulcy grew up with her mother telling her stories about when she used to travel all over the world, which inspired the girl to want to travel herself. Getting to her teens, her mother recommended she start a part time job somewhere to learn responsibility and money management so that she could mature and make something of herself. After a few tries, Dulcy happened upon the best job ever; being a delivery girl for a shipping company!
So ever since then, Dulcy worked her job without any complaint, and afterward, she'd come home to her mother to tell her about all the exciting things she saw within that day, and all the new friends she made from delivering packages.
