Now, I wanted someone else to app this guy, but Freedom Planet isn't out yet, and I'm not sure who else is willing to try, but I'm more than happy to hand him over to anyone else who wants a crack at him if they want.

Lord Brevon boasts the height of physical capability for his species, both tall intimidating and able to take sustained weapons fire easily, but also deceptively fast and extremely skilled with his dagger, which is constantly soaked in some kind of alien fluid, possibly blood, and it is his most dangerous weapon by far. His own augmentations allow him to utilize an assortment of weapons, especially mines, and surround himself in a powerful energy to charge his foes. Overall, he is a fast and brutal opponent, difficult to anticipate and counter, the product of decades of self-improvement in the art of combat.
Weakness:
A lack of understanding of compassion might be a hindrance, and he also lacks strong ranged firepower without his machines to assist him.
POW Move:
He is able to utilize a powerful mechanized suit of armor to further augment his power. While this is not his most dangerous form, and it cannot be used again once destroyed until he repairs it, it provides additional protection and firepower. He also separately has access to a ship, several times larger than a fighter craft, which can not only fly, but also deploy legs, and utilize considerable firepower.
Chaos Ability:
Brevon's cunning and will translates into a terrifying force when he possesses the power of the Emeralds, both Chaos and Sol. Despite his inability to utilize Magic, one shudders to imagine what kind of monster he would becoming if he gained access to that kind of power...
Personality:
In some ways, even the worst rumors about Dr. Eggman pale compared to the cruelty that Lord Brevon possesses, and in a way, Brevon is a reflection of what Eggman could become if he were to ever lose what he sees as benevolent ideals, misguided as they are as far as others see them. Brevon has no such ideals. He believes in survival of the fittest, both in body and mind. Though he is not as intelligent as Eggman, his intelligence is considerable in its own right, and his knowledge of the alien technology he possesses is an asset in itself, every single machine in his employ has been reviewed by him personally, if not outright designed and built. But Brevon has an insatiable bloodlust as well, and is not above the most heinous of crimes, and considers honor to be an outdaded concept. But he is also savvy, preferring to achieve his objectives without coming into contact with 'heroes' whenever he can help it.
But more recently... He only has a single objective. And he will stop at nothing to achieve it.
History:
Lord Brevon was a member of an unknown race, once a non-threat in the eyes of the galactic community. And yet, he rose from the darkness to assemble an army of aliens he subjugated and mechanized, utilizing both technology and cunning to start a wave of conquest. Many heroes before had tried and failed to defeat him, either slain by his hand, or corrupted to his will.
Then, during a pitched battle, his deadnaught was shot down, over a seemingly insignificant world, over a seemingly insignificant continent, Avalice. And he discovered, to his delight, not only something he could use to repair his ship quickly, but also bolster the power of his armies exponentially - the Kingdom Stone. He considered taking the Chaos or Sol Emeralds, but he was quick to realize that they were already disputed items, constantly changing hands, their disappearance would cause both Sonic the Hedgehog and Dr. Eggman to oppose him. So, instead, he decided to manipulate the three kingdoms of Avalice - first, by taking over the kingdom of Shuigang from the shadows, murdering its king, and brainwashing Prince Dail, and then getting the Prince to arrange for the theft of the Kingdom Stone.
However, there was a spanner in the works - an agent tasked with thwarting his plans, a Chaser, Commander Torque, who had enlisted the help of a few locals - Lilac, Carol, and Milla. He immediately moved to take them out or impede their progress in any way necessary. However, despite his best efforts, they had managed to get onto his ship as it started to launch. Lilac and Carol fought their way through the ship, while Milla used the ventilation system to sneak around.
After a climatic final battle, Brevon was defeated. By children, no less, an utter humiliation.
He was taken off-world to be tried, and then executed. Well, he was tried, but the execution failed, as he was broken out, and he promptly made a beeline for Planet Freedom.
His first objective: Kill Sash Lilac, after subjecting her to the worst tortures imaginable.
Secondly: Plunder Planet Freedom of its treasures, kill its heroes and villains slowly and painfully, and then glass the planet from orbit.
Third: Go on to conquer the universe.
